My career blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling me to bridge operational delivery and corporate vision in the energy sector.
Holding a PhD in Oil & Gas Engineering (Drilling Performance Optimization for Large Diameter Applications) and a Global MBA, I bring a unique perspective that combines engineering excellence, business acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performance teams through complex challenges. Over the years, I have designed and executed 20+ wells meeting the highest technical and regulatory standards, reduced well design maturation cycles by 30%, optimized drilling parameters to cut non-productive time by 15%, and delivered multi-million-dollar cost savings.
Beyond well delivery, I have served as Business Adviser to the GM Wells, facilitated leadership team alignment sessions, and driven continuous improvement initiatives as a CI-trained practitioner.
